Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: Provide a valid order number or receipt.
Eligible Products: All regular-priced items are eligible. Customized or personalized bracelets are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

❌ Gift cards or promotional items.
❌ Items marked as “Final Sale.”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the product back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: Items that show signs of use or damage may receive a partial refund.
Non-Approval: If the return does not meet our policy, it will be sent back to you.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or color variations within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

  2. Ship the Original Item: Follow the return process above.
  3. Receive the New Item: We will ship the replacement once the original is received and inspected.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

7. Late or Missing Refunds
