1. Shipping Information

  • Delivery Locations: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. For specific international availability, please contact contact@wishtopic.xyz.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Customized or personalized items may require 5-7 business days for processing.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance.

 

3. Shipping Rates

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $75. A flat rate of $5.99 applies for orders under $75.

  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: $15.99 flat rate.

  • International Shipping: Rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we will notify you. You may request re-shipment (additional shipping fees apply) or receive a refund (excluding shipping fees).

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.

 

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or international customs. WISHTOPIC is not responsible for these delays but will assist with any issues that arise.
